- Pending children claimed. Remember to send in all new enrollments
- Doctors statements for special dietary needs have not been received
- Foods seen at monitor review are different than foods recorded by site
- Menu missing whole grain (WG) item for the day. Not all WG items slide the bar. Double check to make sure the bar is yes when serving a WG.
